Make Quick Peanut Curry and Thai Beef


  1. Method:
  2. Whisk together lime juice, garlic, fish sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger and palm sugar in a jug. Place the steak in a glass or ceramic dish.
  3. Heat oil and brown the beef strips.
  4. Remove and set aside.
  5. Add the red pepper and pour in the knorrMild Durban Curry Dry Cook-in-Sauce sachet contents and water as per instructed on the sachet.
  6. Return the beef strips to the pan.
  7. Add the peanut butter and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with roasted peanuts and bean sprouts.
  9. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with coconut shavings and coriander.
  10. Serve with crispy poppadums.
