In 6-8 glass of boiling water add Paya (trotters), onions, ginger & garlic, Kisan Paya Recipe Mix and cover to cook until almost tender (for at least 4-5 hours).
When Paya (trotters) are tender and water almost dries, add 1 cup Kisan ghee / oil and fry for 15 minutes.
Add 8-10 glass of water and cook for 2-3 hours on low flame and then remove from flame.
Delicious Paya (trotters) are ready and serve it with naans, chapati or boiled white rice.
