Easy Pound ChocolateCake Recipes



Ingredients for Chocolate Cake in Pressure Cooker
½ cup plus 6 tbsp. All-purpose flour
1 cup caster sugar or granulated
6 tbsp. cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp instant coffee (optional)
½ cup milk full fat
½ cup hot water
¼ cup veg or canola oil
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract/essence
To assemble:
Chocolate frosting
Sugar syrup
Method:
1.Remove weight and filter from the lid of pressure cooker.
2.Place the pressure cooker on stove top, add 1 cup of salt, place some steel bowl or heat proof pot, cover and preheat on medium flame for 5 minutes. Then turn the flame on low.
3.In a bowl, sift together, flour, cocoa, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Mix to combine.
4.Heat ½ cup of water in microwave for 40 seconds, add coffee and stir to dissolve. Set this aside.
5.Into the dry ingredients, add egg, milk, vanilla extract and hot coffee water. Beat on slow speed for 1 minute or until everything is well combined.
6.Pour this mixture into a greased and lined pan. Tap to remove air bubbles.
7.Carefully place this batter into pressure cooker.
8.Cover and bake on medium flame for 5 minutes.
9.Then bake for 35-40 minutes on low flame.
10.After 35 minutes insert toothpick if comes out clean cake is done. If it is not done bake 10-15 more.
11.After 5 minutes, remove the cake from the pressure cooker, and let it stand for about 10 minutes to cool.
12.Frost it with chocolate frosting.

NOTES:
For electric stove bake for 50-60 minutes on low flame.
For gas stove bake for 30-35 minutes on low flame.

Crisp Pangas Fish Fry


 Very easy to prepare and make.
 Perfect for lunch or dinner with french fries,

New Delhi Mutton Paya

In 6-8 glass of boiling water add Paya (trotters), onions, ginger & garlic, Kisan Paya Recipe Mix and cover to cook until almost tender (for at least 4-5 hours).
When Paya (trotters) are tender and water almost dries, add 1 cup Kisan ghee / oil and fry for 15 minutes.
Add 8-10 glass of water and cook for 2-3 hours on low flame and then remove from flame.

Chinese Fried Rice Recipe


Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok; add selected meat to wok, along with carrots,
peas, and cooked onion; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add rice, green onions, and bean sprouts,
tossing to mix well; stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add 2 tbsp of light soy sauce and chopped egg to rice mixture and fold in;
stir-fry for 1 minute more; serve.


On low heat place 1 tablespoon of olive oil in large saucepan or wok. Cook beaten egg briefly, breaking into pieces. Remove and set aside.
Add 2 tablespoons olive to saucepan or wok. Add onions, carrot and peas. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Dissolve chicken bouillon cube in the 2 tablespoons water. Place in pan and add cold rice, garlic powder, soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss lightly to mix well and heat for 3 minutes. Add in egg pieces and mix.
Additional soy sauce may be added to taste

  6. Return the beef strips to the pan.
  7. Add the peanut butter and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with roasted peanuts and bean sprouts.
  9. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with coconut shavings and coriander.

Rasmalai royal



Rasmalai royal and delicious is a royal and delicious bengali dessert. Homemade paneer balls are served with rich and creamy rabdi. You can also dip store bought rasgulla in to rabdi to make that in to quick version of RasMalai
  1. Soak saffron threads in one table spoon lukewarm milk. keep aside.
  2. Remove the skin of the green cardamoms and grind them in the mortar.
  3. Thinly slice the pistachios.
  4. Boil the milk, after the first boil reduce the heat and evaporate the milk for about 20 -25 minutes. Stir after every 4-5 minutes. Now add sugar, grounded cardamoms and soaked saffron milk. Turn off the heat . Let it cool for 30- 40 minutes.
  5. Boil 1½ cups sugar in 3 cups of water in a sauce pan. After the first boil and when the sugar melts down completely, turn off the heat. ( takes about 5-7 minute)
  6. Rub the chenna in between your palms or with fingers thoroughly. We need absolutely smooth chenna. This rubbing process takes about 10-15 minutes, depending upon the quality of the chenna.
  7. Now divide the chenna into 10 portions, and make smooth balls. Press the ball gently to flatten them. Rub the sides on your palm if the sides are cracking.
  8. Turn on the heat and boil the sugar syrup, pour all the chenna balls in the boiling sugar syrup. Cook-boil the chenna balls in the sugar syrup for about 20 minutes. Add about ¼ cup hot boiling water after every 5-6 minutes.
  9. After 20 minutes turn off the heat and leave the chenna balls in the syrup, and let them cool down.
  1. Squeeze the sugar syrup of the rasmalai chenna dumplings gently in between your palms . Add in the rasmali dumplings in the milk. Garnish with pistachio.
  2. Keep in the refrigerator for an hour.
        All time favorite Rasmalai is ready to serve

Doodh Dulari Delicious








 Milk  1 Litter
Simmered(Fried) Vermicelli (pasta)  1 cup
Strawberry jam parcel (for red jam)
Banana jam parcel (for green jam)
Pineapple jam parcel (for yellow jam)
Small scale rasgullas  20 pieces
Dry organic products (fruits, truity fruity, simmered cashew nuts, broiled almonds )  ¼ glass
Khoya 1 cup Rose water 1 tsp Cardamon powder 1 tspKeep  milk for cooking and include sugar and bubbled Vermicelli.

2 green chilies, chopped
1 tbsp. crushed coriander seeds
½ egg
1 tsp. anardana (pomegranate seeds)
1 tbsp. oil
½ tsp. baking powder
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 medium tomato sliced
Oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl add minced beef with whole wheat flour, onion, chili powder, cumin, garam masala powder, cilantro, green chilies, coriander seeds, anardana (pomegranate seeds), baking powder, chopped tomato and mix thoroughly.
Beat the egg and add to this mixture then use your hands to mix well again. Add 1 tbsp. oil and let this marinade in the fridge for two hours.
